Offer:
Muzn will offer the following special rates to customers who transfer their salary and existing portfolio to Muzn:

| Housing Finance Ready Property/ SLB Takeover/Construction | 4.99% for first year. Rates shall be subject to Bank's rack rates for the following years without increasing the installment. The tenor will increase. |
| DM Personal Finance Takeover | 4.99% for first year. Rates shall be subject to Bank's rack rates for the following years without increasing the installment. The tenor will increase. |
| Islamic Personal Finance – Auto Financing, Consumer Goods, Education Financing | 5.5% (Salary less than RO 1,500), 5.25% (For Salary more than RO 1,500). Rates shall apply for the full tenor of financing |
Terms and Condition:
The special offer shall only be available for the below mentioned employees of Govt. and selective Private Companies having a Salary of RO 750 or above:
- Customers who are transferring their salary to Muzn with takeover of their existing Personal and Housing finance liabilities from other banks.
- Customers who are transferring their salary to Muzn with takeover of their existing Housing finance liabilities from other banks.
- New to Bank Customers who transfer their salary to Muzn, who do not require takeover of their financing from other banks, but are applying for any of the above 2 types of financing from Muzn.
- Existing Customers who are applying for any of the above 2 types of financing.
- After 1 year, the rates on Housing and Personal Finance Takeover shall be increased by increasing the tenure without materially impacting the installment amount.
